Day 1 : Nantes and Puy du Fou (100 km)
During the day, arrival of your group at Nantes’s airport, pick-up with our coach and meeting with our travel guide. Depending on your arrival time, tour of Les Machines de l’Île in Nantes. Settling in at the three-star hotel close to Le Puy du Fou, welcome drink, dinner and night.
Day 2 : Puy du Fou (50 km)
Dedicated day to the internationally renowned theme park of Vendée, Le Puy du Fou, which pays homage to French History with numerous live shows. Meals within the theme park. In the evening, be amazed by its musical and romantic night show, about a violonist and a pianist from the 19th century, celebrating their love through the magic of water and fire.
Day 3 : Saumur, Amboise, Chenonceaux and Futuroscope (350 km)
In the morning, in Saumur, discover its well-know vineyard with a guided tour and taste one of its cuvée. Lunch in Amboise, the Royal City, for a typical meal in a troglodytic restaurant with the regional speciality. During the afternoon, guided tour of the most romantic castle of the Loire Valley : Chenonceau. Settling in at the three-star hotel close to Le Futuroscope.
Day 4 : Futuroscope (10 km)
Dedicated day to the Futuroscope, the theme park which deals with digital technology and futuristic universe with its 40 immersive attractions and shows. Meals within the park. In the evening, attend the night show, the Key to Dreams.
Day 5 : La Rochelle and Les Sables d’Olonne (300 km)
La Rochelle’s guided tour on foot with a local guide. Lunch close to the Vieux Port. In the afternoon, cruise with commentary all around Fort Boyard for two hours. At the end of the day, possible guided tour for an additional fee of a famous Cognac house, followed by its best crus’ tasting. Settling in at the three-star hotel close to Les Sables d’Olonne.
Day 6 : Saint Nazaire and Guérande (160 km)
In the morning, Chantiers de l’Atlantique’s guided tour to discover the biggest ocean liners in the world under construction. Lunch. Self-tour inside Guérande, the medieval city, then guided tour of the peninsula’s salt marshes, where you will understand how the marshes work. You will finish the tour with a typical sweet collation. Settling in at the three-star hotel close to Guérande.
Day 7 : Vannes and Golfe du Morbihan (155 km)
In the morning, Vannes’s guided tour on foot with a local guide. You will discover the Breton city and its well-known fortifications. Lunch. Cruise with commentary among Le Golfe du Morbihan with a 2h30’s stopover in the wonderful Île aux Moines, nicknamed « the Morbihan’s pearl ».

Day 1 : Nantes, Les Sables d’Olonne and Saint Gilles (140 km)
During the day, arrival of your group at Nantes’s airport, pick-up with our coach and meeting with our travel guide. Depending on your arrival time, departure towards Les Sables d’Olonne on La Côte de Lumière for a cruise with commentary on a salted river and meeting with the salt merchant. Sweet and savoury tasting with the local aperitif. Settling in at the three-star hotel close to Saint Gilles, welcome drink, dinner and night.
Day 2 : Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and L’Île de Noirmoutier (105 km)
Stroll along the Saint Gilles Croix de Vie’s large beach, then guided tour of a sea fishing discovery center and at the end of the morning, local products tasting. Departure towards Noirmoutier and lunch. Guided tour of the island, tour of an oyster bed and oysters sampling. Legendary Passage du Gois’s crossing, depending on tide times.
Day 3 : Île d’Yeu (50 km)
Crossing by sea during one hour to reach the wonderful island in Vendée, l’Île d’Yeu. Self-tour in the port, one of the first tuna fishing port in France. Lunch. Three hours’ guided tour by coach, going through the unspoiled coast : Le Port de la Meule, St Sauveur, Les Vieilles’s beach, La Pointe des Corbeaux… Boarding for the trip back to the continent.
Day 4 : Puy du Fou and Nantes (190 km)

In the morning, treasure hunt in teams all over La Rochelle’s center to discover the coastal city in a fun way. Packed lunch. Self-tour of La Rochelle’s Maritime Museum. Departure towards Le Marais Poitevin and one hour’s small boat trip. Settling in an accomodation close to Saint Gilles.
Day 3 : Saint Nazaire and Guérande (230 km)

During the day, arrival of your group at Nantes’ airport, pick-up with our coach and meeting with our travel guide. Departure towards Dinan in the department of Les Côtes d’Armor in Brittany. Settling in at a three-star hotel close to Dinan, welcome drink, dinner and night.
Day 2 : Dinan and Le Mont Saint Michel (80 km)
In the morning, Dinan’s guided tour, the Breton medieval city with its fortifications and its castle close to the river. Lunch. In the afternoon, discover « the Wonder of the West » : Le Mont Saint Michel. With a local guide, wander in the medieval village and its abbey lulled by the tides’ rhythm. Settling in at the three-star hotel close to Le Mont Saint Michel.
Day 3 : Utah Beach (260 km)
Dedicated day to one of the landing beaches in Normandy taken by storm by the Allies during the 2nd World War. In the morning, guided tour of the Utah Beach Landing Museum to understand this special day of 6 June 1944. Lunch. D-Day Experience’s self-tour, its two museums, its 3D Movie Theater and its 4D dynamic flight simulator. You will relive this memorable day at American and German paratroopers’ side.
Day 4 : Château-Gontier and Angers (200 km)
Departure towards Les Pays de la Loire and self-tour of a renowned home-made chocolate factory. Lunch during a cruise along the river La Mayenne. The captain will explain you how the locks work. In the afternoon, guided tour of the famous Cointreau Distillery in Angers and tasting of its local liqueur. Settling in at the three-star hotel close to Angers.
Day 5 : Brissac, Saumur and Puy du Fou (165 km)
In the morning, guided tour of Château de Brissac, the highest castle of France. Be amazed by the château de la Loire typical architecture, its large landscaped park and enjoy a wine tasting. Departure towards the Vendean coast and tour of an oyster farm in L’Île de Noirmoutier with an oysters tasting. Lunch. Guided tour of a salt marsh in Noirmoutier, the island renowned for the high-quality of natural salt. Crossing of Le Gois at low tide. The flooding road is unique in the world. Then, transfer to Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, the seaside resort famous for sardine fishing and guided tour of its discovery center of sea fishing and its typical port. Settling in at the three-star hotel close to Saint Gilles.

Day 2 : Doué-la-Fontaine, Saumur, Fontevraud and Tours (125 km)
In the morning, animated tour of the museum « Aux Anciens Commerces » (« To the old shops ») attired itself in Christmas colors, to discover the everyday life of French ancestors and Santa Claus’ workshop. Lunch. Guided tour of a renowned winery in Saumur, with their cuvées tasting. Then, discover the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, declared a Unesco World Heritage Site. During the winter, it displays a central theme, the « Christmas spirit » and, at nightfall, the frontside of the church shines lightly. Settling in at the three-star hotel close to Tours.
Day 3 : Chenonceaux, Amboise and Chambord (180 km)
Dedicated day to the most wonderful castles in the Loire Valley. In the morning, with your local guide, visit the Château de Chenonceau, only castle of its kind in the world, thanks to its gallery with two floors which spans a river. For Christmas, the castle-bridge puts on a white and gold floral coat. Lunch in a troglotytic restaurant with the regional speciality. Then, guided tour of the Château de Chambord and its incredible double-helix staircase decorated to immerse yourselves in Christmas fairy. Privatizing of a room in the castle to enjoy a wine tasting. In the evening, the castle’s frontage and a hundred Christmas trees illuminate.
Day 4 : Versailles (240 km)
Departure towards the royal Château de Versailles. Lunch. Incredible guided tour of the Louis XIV’s sumptuous Palace. Discover authentic furniture and decoration of the time in the royal suite and enjoy the explanation of your tour guide lecturer. Wander in the Palace and the French-style gardens to immerse yourselves in this specific atmosphere. A royal Christmas is expecting you this winter ! In the morning, immerse yourselves in a festive atmosphere thanks to the big Christmas market in Nantes. Transfer to Brittany to discover two of our most beautiful villages in Christmas time. Lunch. La Roche-Bernard’s guided tour, outstandingly picturesque lovely village and its old port. Wander in the typical alleys decorated for Christmas and go down in the village’s History. Then, departure towards Rochefort-en-Terre, elected « favorite village of the French » in 2016. Discover the fortifications, the castle, the cobbled alleys and the craftpeople’s shop. At nightfall, the village shines brightly and reveals you the Christmas traditional magic.

In both cases, the castles are decorated especially for Christmas, and in the evening, the castle’s frontage and a hundred Christmas trees illuminate.
